Full-Time Seasonal Sales Support

Seeking an energetic Seasonal Sales Support team member.

This role serves as a liaison between Sales Support and other departments, assisting Outside Sales Representatives and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Support team, ensuring accurate CCP processing.
• Monitor reports for stock, back orders, and holds.
• Assist customers with invoices, shipping, and tracking.
• Support stock and inventory requests.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Solve issues and complete projects to satisfy stakeholders.
• Compose correspondence for clear communication.

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer support experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills (multi-stakeholder).
• High-level administrative skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.
• Prioritization skills required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly: $19.47 - $26.19
