Seeking an energetic Seasonal Sales Support team member.
This role serves as a liaison between Sales Support and other departments, assisting Outside Sales Representatives and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Support team, ensuring accurate CCP processing.
- Monitor reports for stock, back orders, and holds.
- Assist customers with invoices, shipping, and tracking.
- Support stock and inventory requests.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Solve issues and complete projects to satisfy stakeholders.
- Compose correspondence for clear communication.
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer support experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills (multi-stakeholder).
- High-level administrative skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.
- Prioritization skills required.
