As a Senior Account Executive, you'll meet sales goals by understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and delivering results.
Responsibilities include:
- Consultative sales approach to B2B solutions (content creation, digital advertising, lead generation).
- Build & manage client pipeline to exceed sales goals.
- Consult clients on digital marketing best practices.
- Prospect and strategize for new customers.
- Evaluate accounts based on purchasing signals.
- Manage client meetings throughout the sales cycle.
- Update pipeline using CRM.
- Provide weekly sales updates and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years B2B sales, client success, or related experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Resilient and agile in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary, with uncapped commission, up to $160,000 total compensation.
