Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and accounts (up to $1M in volume or advanced complexity).
- Partner with Account Executives on program comparison and form review.
- Manage strategy renewal meetings.
- Be primary client contact for daily service.
- Develop and implement competitive insurance programs.
- Prepare market analysis, quote rates for renewals and new business.
- Manage new client onboarding.
- Manage marketing for prospect companies.
- Communicate and collaborate with producers, clients, and underwriters.
- Maintain files and policy renewal questionnaires, recommending enhancements.
- Review, rate, and market Commercial Insurance applications.
- Manage client information for new, renewal, cancellation, and endorsements.
- Perform contract reviews.
- Manage database files and information input.
- Manage Account Coordinators and Assistants (if applicable).
- Provide training to Account Coordinators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication (written, public speaking, presentation).
- Excellent telephone etiquette, customer service, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years insurance industry experience, middle market risk management preferred.
Required License: Property and Casualty Insurance license.
Physical Demands: Primarily sitting, using computer, phone, occasional standing/walking, light lifting.
Travel: Seasonal/intermittent travel to clients/prospects.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,500/yr (California, Washington, Colorado, New York)
