Job Details

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate, timely, complete, and consistent global customer support via telephone, email, and web. This role requires a broad knowledge of all D&B products and services, aiming to deliver the best possible customer experience with efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides accurate, timely, and consistent global customer support.
  • Takes ownership and full resolution responsibility, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Works in a team to provide exceptional service by identifying and meeting customer needs.
  • Effectively manages and de-escalates difficult calls, delivering resolutions for high customer satisfaction.
  • Develops knowledge of D&B products, services, data supply chain, and customer service tools.
  • Maintains professionalism and establishes positive rapport with every customer.
  • Impacts the company’s bottom line by solving problems and turning frustrated customers into repeat customers.
  • Updates customer information in the CRM system during and after each call.

Essential Skills:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contact Center and CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Detail and process orientation with the ability to work in ambiguity.
  • Analytical skills to deal with complex issues.
  • Flexible work availability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
  • Continuous growth mindset with a commitment to learning.
  • Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
