Job Details
- Strategic influence and development of the existing business of the assigned OTC customers.
- Comprehensive advice to customers regarding the first-time use of the OTC or the ongoing optimization of cloud usage.
- Active participation in the respective vertical squad of the Open Telekom Cloud.
- Avoiding "churn" through proactive analysis and management of OTC customers.
- Supporting the ongoing optimization and further development of the customer success management of the Open Telekom Cloud.
- Supporting the customer-oriented "service excellence culture".
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participation in the planning and forecasting processes.
- Transferring customer requirements to the OTC impediment and demand process.
- Supporting the further development of cloud handling support.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training.
- Top knowledge and experience in the areas of cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
- Top knowledge and experience in the field of AI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems and experience with partners.
- Strong knowledge in the field of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Knowledge of the offerings of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Rackspace.
- High resilience, adaptability to dynamically changing processes.
- Very good technical understanding of standardized service provision through platforms.
- Experience in international cooperation with Local Business Units.
- High social skills, ability to work in a team.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps or comparable certifications.
