Job Details

  • Strategic influence and development of the existing business of the assigned OTC customers.
  • Comprehensive advice to customers regarding the first-time use of the OTC or the ongoing optimization of cloud usage.
  • Active participation in the respective vertical squad of the Open Telekom Cloud.
  • Avoiding "churn" through proactive analysis and management of OTC customers.
  • Supporting the ongoing optimization and further development of the customer success management of the Open Telekom Cloud.
  • Supporting the customer-oriented "service excellence culture".
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participation in the planning and forecasting processes.
  • Transferring customer requirements to the OTC impediment and demand process.
  • Supporting the further development of cloud handling support.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training.
  • Top knowledge and experience in the areas of cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
  • Top knowledge and experience in the field of AI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems and experience with partners.
  • Strong knowledge in the field of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Knowledge of the offerings of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Rackspace.
  • High resilience, adaptability to dynamically changing processes.
  • Very good technical understanding of standardized service provision through platforms.
  • Experience in international cooperation with Local Business Units.
  • High social skills, ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps or comparable certifications.
