Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will develop strong relationships with customers, guide them from onboarding to renewal, and help them maximize the value of Red Canary.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop positive relationships with customers.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and renewal processes.
  • Proactively engage with customers to maximize value.
  • Partner with sales on renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Mitigate customer risk and champion customer needs.
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Red Canary's product and roadmap.
  • Gather product feedback from customers.
  • Deliver against quarterly OKRs and KPI targets.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in a Customer Success role, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years directly supporting enterprise customers.
  • 2+ years of information security experience.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends.
  • Strong data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications or degrees in Customer Success, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Cyber Security.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Expertise in SaaS and cyber security.
