In this role, you will grow our B2B vertical by driving impact through customer relationships. You will become their trusted advisor enabling mutual value for Flywire and clients.
You will own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, working with internal teams for successful relationships.
Our team consists of creative problem-solvers focused on developing deep relationships with clients to understand their challenges and maximize solution value.
Value is measured not only by revenue, but also customer satisfaction and product usage.
To succeed, leverage Flywire services/solutions and deep customer business knowledge to build long-term relationships.
The Opportunity:
- Own strategic client relationships.
- Lead customers through onboarding for success.
- Ensure long-term success by building relationships with decision-makers and influencers, holding quarterly reviews, and managing renewal.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase client investment.
- Develop and evolve strategies for increased solution utilization based on client feedback.
- Serve as primary contact for troubleshooting, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Collect product feedback to influence the B2B roadmap.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- B.S./M.S. in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of relevant sales, consulting, or customer experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience in highly collaborative environments.
- Fast-paced startup experience.
- Project management, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing competing demands.

US base salary range: $95,000-$115,000 + commission, restricted stock units, and benefits. Salary determined by location and factors like experience.
