Responsibilities:
Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy
- Create, execute, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives growth.
- Set the vision for the company’s overall marketing initiatives, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and impactful across all channels (digital, social, paid, earned, owned media).
- Lead cross-functional campaigns that align marketing, sales, product, and customer success strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring each member is supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
Growth Marketing & Revenue Generation
- Own revenue growth initiatives through customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies to optimize channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and more).
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and measure campaign success.
Brand Building & Positioning
- Ensure the company’s brand is compelling and distinct, with consistent positioning across all touchpoints.
- Spearhead efforts to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty in the marketplace.
- Drive PR, content, and storytelling efforts to ensure cohesive and powerful narratives.
Customer Insights & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance.
- Oversee market research initiatives to ensure we understand customer behavior, trends, and opportunities.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Collaborate closely with product teams to shape and communicate product marketing strategies.
- Lead product launches and ensure successful GTM campaigns.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Work directly with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with company vision and growth goals.
- Serve as the marketing expert, providing insights, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and the executive team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in leadership roles (preferably in high-growth environments or digital-first companies).
- Proven ability to scale marketing efforts and deliver sustained revenue growth.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic decisions based on data.
- Hands-on experience across all marketing channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leading marketing efforts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven track record in building and scaling marketing teams.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics.
- Background in industries such as healthcare, tech, eCommerce, or related field.
