ServiceNow is seeking a Health & Safety Program Manager to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive corporate safety program.
This role will serve as the company's safety champion, driving a culture of safety-first mindset, well-being, and positive employee experiences while ensuring adherence to global Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Build the Safety Program – Develop and implement a global Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) strategy aligned with regulatory standards, including ISO 45001.
- Establish a Culture of Health, Safety & Well-being – Promote a proactive safety mindset by embedding health and safety into the company’s DNA. Drive initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure Compliance & Risk Management – Monitor, interpret, and implement OHS policies to meet regulatory requirements worldwide.
- Collaborate Across Functions – Work with Global People (HR), Audit, IT, Workplace Services, and external vendors.
- Develop & Execute Safety Initiatives – Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage Key Safety Programs – Oversee and implement safety programs.
- Incident & Risk Management – Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, and implement safety action plans.
- Training & Education – Design and oversee safety training programs.
- Audit & Performance Tracking – Conduct safety audits, track compliance metrics, and provide recommendations.
- Emergency Preparedness – Oversee programs to ensure a safe work environment.
- Support Safety ServiceNow Products – Partner with internal and product teams to enhance safety management products.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Measure OHS performance, assess industry trends, and develop strategic initiatives.
- Experience with AI – Leverage or critically think about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in OHS.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
- Expertise in risk analysis, hazard identification, and safety program development.
- Proven experience leading safety initiatives and risk management projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and safety compliance.
- Experience implementing corporate safety culture programs and training modules.
- Experience leading global health & safety programs.
Compensation: $152,700 - $267,300, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
