Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
What you will do:
- Translates annual strategic plan into marketing initiatives.
- Utilize customer and market insights to design strategic campaigns and messaging around segment customer needs and challenges.
- Implement segment omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, education, and demand generation.
- Coordinate with teams to develop segment-specific collateral that resonates with target segments.
- Present, plan and maintain marketing KPI targets for funnel and segment visibility.
Who you are:
- BS or equivalent degree in marketing, business or life sciences or related field.
- Five years of experience in marketing roles for bioprocess-related or life science applications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer focused marketing messages and content that builds storylines which resonate with the needs of scientists and leaders.
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion, achieving milestones through leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Driven to achieve short and long-term business goals and targets.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Demonstrated experience in networking and building professional relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
