Job Details
Supervise shifts and/or work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service for restaurant profitability.
Manage operations, executing all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical business practices.
Supervise a restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, train team members, ensure uniform compliance, and coach for improved performance. Focus on quality, customer satisfaction, teamwork, energy, and fun.
Safely interact with customers at their homes.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as needed.
Professionally respond to customer concerns, solicit feedback, share it with the team, and use it to improve operations and build loyalty.
Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders (phone and in-person).
Execute cash management duties. Assist in managing inventory levels to minimize loss.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, using calculator if needed). Accurate monetary change making.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination for precise movements.
Operate all equipment. Clean equipment and facility daily.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Prepare product.
Operate a motor vehicle safely for deliveries within a designated area.
Physical Demands:
- Standing, Walking, Sitting. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending/stooping, reaching, hand tasks, use of equipment.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. Carrying larger cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough, carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages.
Work Conditions:
- Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes (food odors), cornmeal dust.
- Hot surfaces/tools (up to 500 degrees). Sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
Temperaments: Direct activities, handle repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, make judgments and decisions.
Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED
Additional Information
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, proof of insurance, and suitable vehicle.
- Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts (including nights, weekends, emergencies).
- Perform job duties of all restaurant positions (including delivery)
- Lead a team during a shift with no supervision.
- Bilingual ability in certain situations.
- Work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers.
- Non-exempt, hourly position.
