A day in your life with us:
Greet, attend, guide, and assist customers & visitors.
Provide information when required.
Hand out shopping tools (pens, measuring tape, IKEA shopping bags, trolleys etc). Keep supply available.
Attend calls, take messages, and forward to concerned departments.
Make announcements/paging on the PA system.
Keep store information and phone numbers accessible.
Ensure customers do not bring lighted cigarettes, pets, bags, cameras/videos, or eatables into the showroom area.
Take responsibility for catalogue distribution and maintaining statistics.
Handle customer lockers.
Provide information about IKEA products/offers/promotions.
Record and maintain visitor statistics.
Assist with IKEA card forms and information on usage & benefits.
Provide information on IKEA cards, points, redemption, meal vouchers & activities.
Submit a weekly report on card holders.
Provide courteous and efficient customer service and communication.
Take responsibility in handling and solving problems.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and commitment to work.
Deliver tasks on time.
Be flexible with working hours.
This position is full-time and located in Kuwait.
