About the RoleAs a Spanish Associate - Client Services, you will provide administrative and operational support to clients in a virtual environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client service.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments.
• Communication Management: Liaise between clients and internal teams, handle emails.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule, invite, and prepare materials for virtual meetings.
• Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on assigned topics.
• Client Relationship Management: Build positive relationships, understand client needs.
• Customer Complaint Analysis: Analyze complaints, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Price Quotes: Prepare and offer price quotes.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Bachelor's degree (preferred: Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations)
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn
