About the RoleAs a Spanish Associate - Client Services, you will provide administrative and operational support to clients in a virtual environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client service.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments.
- Communication Management: Liaise between clients and internal teams, handle emails.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, invite, and prepare materials for virtual meetings.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on assigned topics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build positive relationships, understand client needs.
- Customer Complaint Analysis: Analyze complaints, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Price Quotes: Prepare and offer price quotes.
Qualifications
- 4-Year Bachelor's degree (preferred: Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations)
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
