Full-Time Spanish Voice Office Operations Representative

Voice Associate role requires answering inbound calls related to TransUnion Products and Services, supporting customers and consumers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling inbound calls efficiently.
• Supporting customers and consumers.
• Maintaining product, service, and policy knowledge.
• Providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolving consumer queries promptly and effectively.
• Educating customers on TransUnion products and policies.
• Accurately capturing customer details and data.
• Understanding US credit/financial principles.
• Adhering to company processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with QA and team leads.
• Achieving departmental service level agreements.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Valid work permit or South African resident
• Formal schooling specific to the region
• 1-3 years of contact center experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle irate customers
