As a Specialized Sales Dynamics 365, you'll be a Trusted Technology Advisor for your customers.
You'll listen to their needs, analyze them, and co-build a customized and innovative solution. Your approach is independent of technology. Thanks to our leading technology, you'll be able to offer specialized solutions.
Business Development
- Selling successful solutions, making digital life easier for clients.
- Learning about clients and their business goals.
- Customer-centric approach, prioritizing client happiness with a long-term mindset.
- Embodying Inetum's value proposition by maintaining your network, attending events, promoting the BU internally and externally.
- Monitoring new developments, trends, and key actors in your ecosystem.
- Promoting cross-divisional collaboration to create added value for the company.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers and C-levels.
- Sell concepts and influence clients to award business based on capability and track record.
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies for favorable outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level contacts.
- +5 years of experience in Digital Sales, preferably in Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of the business environment.
- Detect business opportunities and translate technical features into business value.
- Thrive working cross-functionally within or across business units to create business opportunities.
- Manage stress and handle a fast-paced, multi-focus job.
- Experience managing service/business offerings.
- Customer focused with a long-term relationship approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development interest.
- Proactive, strong-willed, dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
