Job Details
To serve the needs of the business by helping guests enjoy Sport & Recreation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the smooth running of the Sports & Recreations department to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Create new and interesting activities.
- Ensure outsourced service provides maintenance standards.
- Have complete knowledge of products and services offered.
- Lead the implementation of health and safety codes.
- Execute the Children programme.
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe environment.
- Use qualified attendants in all areas where relevant qualifications are required.
- Monitor the success of activities programs through participant numbers and feedback.
- Prepare and circulate information to guests.
- Work closely to promote Spa offerings.
- Keep all equipment clean and well maintained.
- Provide guests with skills, knowledge, and motivation to achieve fitness goals.
- Maintain a file system for guest information and follow-up on fitness progress.
- Develop and maintain a strong working environment with other departments.
- Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.
- Be prepared to assume other duties as requested by management.
- Drive revenues for the department.
