Sutherland is hiring Fantasy Sports Enthusiasts for remote customer support.
Support an interactive fantasy sports platform and provide excellent fan experiences.
Salary: $15.25/hr

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM
- Experience: 1+ year of customer service
- Communication: Excellent English communication (verbal and written), strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills: Efficient website/digital navigation and interaction
- Passion: Strong knowledge of and passion for sports
- Time management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
- Software proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Internet Requirements: Excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download; hard-wired connection recommended)
