As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll significantly impact our future success by supporting Solution Sales. You'll provide insightful product demos showcasing ServiceNow's capabilities to meet client needs.
Drive technical wins throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. You'll be a hands-on technical consultant with expertise in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for our client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with their needs.
- Build strong relationships with sales partners and the wider team.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Seek certifications such as ServiceNow CSA and others (desired).
- Provide feedback to product management to enhance the product based on customer needs.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (briefings, conferences, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or equivalent technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating effectively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building, and guiding sales counterparts to ensure successful execution.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
