Position Overview: As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting insurance agents, lenders, and homeowners with their inquiries. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their home insurance policies, demonstrating empathy and expertise.
- Identify complex issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and colleagues to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

- Balancing timeliness and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Active P&C insurance license (required).
- Minimum 1 year homeowner insurance experience (required).
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage complex information efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
