Full-Time Sr. Customer Success Manager

At CyberArk, our mission is to protect customers with identity security solutions. As a Senior Customer Success Manager (SCSM), you will drive adoption, value realization, and satisfaction across enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic partner to IT and security leaders, helping them operationalize CyberArk’s Identity Security products. Your work will contribute to customer retention and expansion.

What you will do:

• Drive Strategic Value: Own and manage the post-sale customer journey.
• Develop Customer Success Plans: Partner with customers to define goals and build tailored success plans.
• Lead Executive Engagements: Establish regular business reviews with stakeholders.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Understand customer business goals and align CyberArk solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Solution Architects, Services, Support, and Enablement teams.
• Champion Customer Voice: Advocate for customers internally.
• Monitor Customer Health: Leverage tools to track health scores and engagement data.
• Promote Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement.

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Post-Sales Technical Account Management, supporting Fortune 1000 customers. Proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise IT environments. Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Experience with enterprise software implementation. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Customer Success tools. Ability to travel up to 25%.
