About the RoleAs a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of guiding and advising Clutch’s customers. You'll mentor, lead projects, consult, and act as a product expert, optimizing member onboarding and lending processes for our customers. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring customer success, driving meaningful outcomes, and building lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Executive Onboarding & Partnership: Lead executive onboarding, ensuring they leverage Clutch’s platform effectively. Build strong relationships with executives, aligning solutions with their strategic goals.
- Change Management During Implementation: Partner with Implementation Engineers and Engagement Managers during onboarding as a product strategist. Guide credit unions through change management, identify new product needs.
- Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to create and maintain success plans, outlining key milestones and goals. Adjust plans as needed to meet evolving business needs and objectives.
- Product Optimization: Partner with Technical Account Managers to customize Clutch’s platform to each customer's needs. Analyze customer use cases, focusing on regulatory compliance and credit union specifics.
- Executive Business Reviews: Prepare and lead executive business reviews, both remotely and on-site, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Proactive Renewal Collaboration: Collaborate with account management to proactively address renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and reinforce Clutch's value.
