Job Description: StraighterLine seeks motivated, detail-oriented Student Support Specialists. The role directly supports students, providing student-centric assistance and a positive experience. The specialist interacts with students, resolves issues, and utilizes resources to enhance support in higher education.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, chat, email, and help desk tickets.
- Resolve student issues, focusing on earning transferable college credit.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure student success in meeting academic goals.
- Follow documented processes and procedures to resolve issues.
- Meet performance metrics.
- Utilize multiple software platforms.
- Maintain a positive and seamless student experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years customer service/client-facing experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Online education experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
