Job Details
Support Specialist responsibilities include assisting clients with technical support via emails, phone calls, and online training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal team members.
- Assist with software testing and new account setup.
- Conduct online support and training sessions.
- Gather feedback for product development.
- Become an expert user of our software, staying current with features and enhancements.
- Work with clients and the Momentus development team to troubleshoot software issues.
- Test new/improved functionality and bug fixes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to a Senior Support Specialist.
- Provide user training on specific features/modules.
- Maintain and manage file server cleanup and maintenance.
- Build local Momentus testing sites.
- Act as a trusted resource for key accounts, educating and developing customer relationships.
- Demonstrate new features and unique use cases.
- Handle internal support requests (e.g., demo configuration, document preparation, customer notifications, NetSuite administration).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong phone and email communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc).
- Experience with report writing tools and relational databases (e.g., DevExpress, Crystal Reports, SQL, MS Access) is preferred.
- Availability for on-call support on weekends a few times per year.
