Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Specialist I at Order.co. Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality customer support by efficiently triaging issues and resolving problems promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing prompt and professional customer support: handling phone calls, emails, and chats.
  2. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: identifying and resolving customer issues.
  3. Communicating effectively: interacting with customers clearly and empathetically.
  4. Managing customer expectations: setting realistic expectations and keeping customers informed.
  5. Documenting and tracking customer interactions: ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams: relaying customer feedback, reporting bugs.
  7. Continuously improving customer support processes: identifying areas for enhancement.
