Full-Time Tax Withholding Client Service Analyst

We are seeking a Tax Withholding Client Service Analyst to join our growing Employer Services team at Experian.

Responsibilities:

• Support mid-market client base with a focus on one-touch service.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Track client deliverables from tax forms to system changes.
• Represent EES Tax Withholding as an expert on our service.
• Interpret data and present professional content to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Find solutions to client problems and navigate obstacles.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of client technical support experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of human capital management systems, HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Smartsheets.
