About the Role:
Lead a team of Customer Care Specialists and Fraud Officers in a Fraud Operations Contact Center.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fraud loss mitigation and volume.
- Conduct proactive analysis of fraudulent transactional data to identify trends and risks.
- Liaise with merchants (Visa/Mastercard) and internal departments for fraud mitigation.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes, protocols, and SLAs.
- Escalate issues from employees and customers.
- Monitor call volumes and service quality, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Identify service quality gaps and implement strategies to address them.
- Conduct quality control audits on team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives.
