- Coaching customers: Throughout their lifecycle, working with Customer Experience teams.
- Defining adoption plans: Defining what ‘good’ looks like in terms of adoption plans and post-sales engagement.
- Collaboration: Working with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of the solution.
- Innovation: Helping innovate tooling and processes to make the team more efficient.
- Learning: Learning products and technologies and applying that knowledge to real-world usage.
- Representing Kong: Collaborating with peers and business partners.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a builder’s mentality, seeking solutions to complex problems.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial customers.
- Have passion and determination about our technology and our customers.
- Be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Understand complex technology environments.
- Have great self-awareness and strong communication skills.
- Ideally have prior experience within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies.
- Have a solid understanding of Cloud Native technologies.
- Understands the value of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS.
