Trust is foundational to our products, values, and culture. We are building a Technical Support team and hiring our first technical support representative!
In this role, you will:
- Work on and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Configure settings and integrations.
- Guide customers in using the SafeBase platform successfully.
- Become a technical expert on the SafeBase platform.
- Serve as the first line of defense for customer questions.
- Improve AI chat responses, solve issues, escalate complex issues.
- Submit feature requests.
- Answer live chat and triage tickets.
- Help customers deploy SafeBase.
- Troubleshoot the platform and its integrations (IdP, CRM, data warehouse, etc.).
- Provide technical expertise via live chat, email, and video.
