You will play a critical role in delivering world-class client support, responding to technical and non-technical customer queries. We seek a self-motivated individual with a technical or customer support background to expand our Product Specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support Turnitin products via email (sometimes phone & live chat), ensuring problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases.
- Develop positive customer and cultural relations.
- Assist in updating technical documentation.
- Support other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer support.
- Fluent spoken/written English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and work independently.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential material.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Broad understanding of web technologies and SaaS.
