Full-Time Technical Support Representative

You will play a critical role in delivering world-class client support, handling technical and non-technical customer queries.

We seek a self-motivated individual with a technical or customer support background to join our Product Specialist team.

Essential Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with internal and external customers.
• Proactive support of the Turnitin product line (primarily via email, sometimes phone & live chat).
• Problem resolution, system access support, and optimal system performance.
• Close coordination with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases.
• Positive customer and cultural relations.
• Assistance in translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation.
• Support of other strategic initiatives, as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer support.
• Fluent spoken/written English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, working independently, and performing under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of at least one operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material.
• Weekend work (Wed-Sun 08:00-17:00 PHST, Sat-Wed 08:00-17:00 PHST).
