You will play a critical role in delivering world-class client support. Respond to technical and non-technical customer queries. We are seeking a motivated individual with a technical or customer support background for our Product Specialist team.
Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the Turnitin product line (email, phone, live chat) to resolve problems, grant system access, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases.
- Foster positive customer and cultural relations.
- Assist in the translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation.
- Support other strategic initiatives as needed.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of one or more operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, or D2L.
- Understanding of web technologies and SaaS.
