Truck Tires Business Growth: The Truck Tires business is expanding in a competitive market. Continental leverages advanced technology to differentiate itself.
Territory Sales Manager Role: Wisconsin-based Territory Sales Manager driving sales for new truck and trailer replacement tires. The role focuses on consultative sales, incorporating technology and services, prospecting new clients, and maintaining existing accounts (dealers & fleets).
Team & Culture: Part of a team of 85 Territory Sales Representatives, reporting to District and Regional Managers. The team works independently but relies on relationships. The team values a strong performance-driven culture and has a bonus program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing accounts, solicit new business
- Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and sales calls
- Develop and maintain sales activity with key regional fleets and dealers
- Motivate customers by offering high-performance products, technology solutions, and product expertise
- Own new product launches and integration
- Monitor progress, adjust strategy through market analysis and forecasting
- Resolve operational/administrative issues, internal/external inquiries, and reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree & 1-3+ years sales experience, or High School degree & 3-6+ years related experience
- 1+ year experience in tire, automotive, technology, or other industries with consultative sales skills
- Valid driver's license, responsible driving record
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to comply with physical demands (lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, climbing)
- US work authorization required
Additional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree & 2-5+ years outside sales experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High comfort level with digital technology
