Full-Time Transportation Executive

Job Summary: The role involves customer escalations, data analysis, program initiation, and improvement of visibility tools within a rapidly growing and complex environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong ownership of customer issues, proactive SOP and process changes, and superb communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with internal customers (CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, HR)
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including creating compelling messaging and presenting complex information clearly
3. High attention to detail and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
4. Strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills
5. Demonstrated leadership, supporting a culture of ownership and learning
6. Skilled in collaborative management, with clear communication with remote and local management teams
7. Strong understanding of process improvement techniques

• 0-5 years of experience
