Full-Time Travel GDS Support Specialist

Are you ready to drive success? SIXT is seeking a GDS Support specialist.

Your Role:

• Support all travel aspects, including GDS system, customer inquiries, backend, and account support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to solve client problems and maximize product/service value.
• Manage multiple customers with account update needs.
• Build relationships by proactively updating systems and responding to inquiries.
• Oversee CRM data quality.
• Ensure customer service goals and response times (IATA updates, account info, B2B satisfaction) are met.
• Liaise with accounts and internal teams to resolve issues.

Skills & Experience:

• B2B customer support experience (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting is ideal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Proficient in computer navigation (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs).
• High school diploma or equivalent, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
