Are you ready to drive success? SIXT is seeking a GDS Support specialist.
Your Role:
- Support all travel aspects, including GDS system, customer inquiries, backend, and account support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to solve client problems and maximize product/service value.
- Manage multiple customers with account update needs.
- Build relationships by proactively updating systems and responding to inquiries.
- Oversee CRM data quality.
- Ensure customer service goals and response times (IATA updates, account info, B2B satisfaction) are met.
- Liaise with accounts and internal teams to resolve issues.
Skills & Experience:
- B2B customer support experience (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting is ideal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Proficient in computer navigation (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs).
- High school diploma or equivalent, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
