Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? SIXT is looking for a GDS Support specialist. The representative will support all aspects of travel, including the GDS system, customer questions, backend, and account support.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Act as a trusted advisor to problem-solve with clients, driving continued value of our products and services.
- Manage multiple customers with account update technical needs.
- Build relationships by proactively updating systems and responding immediately to inquiries.
- Oversee data quality in CRM.
- Ensure department customer service goals and response times are met (IATA updates, account information, B2B customer satisfaction).
- Liaise with accounts and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: Work experience in customer-facing B2B support (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting).
- Education: High school diploma and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective multitasking, and professional communication.
- Commitment to Excellence: Passionate and able to quickly understand customer needs, take ownership, and develop strategies to positively impact their businesses with the team.
