Treatment Consultant
As a Treatment Consultant, you will embody Affect Therapeutics values of Empathy, Passion, and Accountability to help potential members on their recovery journey. You'll be part of the Admissions Team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Member Services, and Clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedule, handle high volume of calls, texts, and emails.
- Achieve individual and team goals to meet enrollment targets.
- Demonstrate knowledge of enrollment criteria to identify suitable candidates.
- Employ motivational interviewing techniques to assess caller readiness.
- Schedule intake appointments using EHR and internal tools.
- Facilitate seamless intake appointments, coordinating with counselors.
- Contribute to team growth by suggesting improvements in operations and strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in business development or admissions roles.
- Behavioral health experience a plus.
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and collaboration.
- Excitement about working in a fast-paced, early-stage company.
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-starter.
- High comfort level with technology (EMR, email, Slack, mobile apps).
