Full-Time Trilingual Customer Support Agent Remote

Full-time remote (work-from-home) Customer Support Agent position.

Part of our customer support team providing front-line support (and occasionally sales assistance) to English, Spanish and Russian speaking drivers/fleet managers located in USA and Canada.

Proactively identify areas for product/service improvements and participate in implementations to increase customer satisfaction, user growth and retention.

Team player with a desire to impact the organization and quickly grow into upper-level positions.

• Fluent, clear and concise communication (oral and written) in English, Russian and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support (or sales) servicing English-speaking customers.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with basic smartphone/tablet configurations.
• Reliable high-speed internet access, own laptop/desktop computer with headset (required).
• Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM software (Zendesk – a plus).
• Familiarity with trucking/logistics industry (a plus).

Personal computer, headset, and high-speed internet required for calls.
