Job Details
The Comoto Rider Support Team is looking for V-Twin Motorcycle focused Representatives.
Compensation: $17-$18/hr.
Start Date: October 6, 2025.
Training: Monday to Friday day shift (9 weeks). May include weekends after training.
Remote position with occasional in-office days in Ormond Beach, FL; Philadelphia, PA or North Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with questions about motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories (V-Twin segment).
- Answer customer service questions.
- Help customers place orders.
- Learn about motorcycle parts, riding, racing, and modification.
- Work with logistics, techs, suppliers, and order management teams.
Requirements:
- Passion for motorcycles and related products.
- Knowledge of motorcycle gear and accessories.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work outside standard business hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pluses:
- Experience in retail, service, or hospitality.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Bachelor’s degree.
