The Sixt Corporate Security Department seeks a Vehicle Recovery Specialist to resolve overdue rental contracts efficiently and timely per guidelines. This role demands strong data analysis, judgment, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact Overdue Customers via phone, email, or letter
- Analyze, enrich, and track customer data
- Collaborate with HQ Departments and Field Operations for resolutions
- Establish case files with external repossession companies
- Review and coordinate requests for assistance
About you:
- Some college or related experience (car rental, collections, customer service) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Adaptable to new computer programs
- Available to work 40 hours/week, 5 days, including weekend shifts (if preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
