ARB Interactive is looking for a VIP Account Manager to provide support to VIP players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships.
- Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving any player concerns.
- Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotional offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies.
Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET, Wednesday - Sunday
