VIP-Support manager

We are seeking a VIP-Support manager for one of our projects.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Receiving and processing customer requests through various communication channels (mostly chats and emails, less phone calls).
  3. Assisting clients with simple questions related to finance, stocks, and the platform.
  4. Recording and maintaining a database of customer requests with a focus on quality work and compliance with SLAs.
  5. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at the initial level, working on indicators.
  6. Collecting information about emerging issues and passing them on to senior colleagues.
  7. Informing customers about available bonuses and promotions
  8. Communicating with the audience at different stages of the customer lifecycle and at the request of the client.
  9. Effective time managing and task prioritizing.
  10. Working with Tableau, REA, Backoffice.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills, knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hard work ethic.
  • Analytical skills and basic data skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of English (B1 level).
  • Knowledge of Hungarian (native speaker and/or C1 level).
