Full-Time Virtual Concierge Services Consultant

• Join our team as a Virtual Concierge Services Consultant.
• This is a night shift position.
• The role involves dealing with interesting and often complex requests, primarily in Travel, Retail, and Entertainment within the European Market.
• Use expertise to help members get the most from their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requests in line with agreed deadlines.
• Promote the wider business to members.
• Manage home page tasks and priorities.
• Assist in resolving customer care issues.
• Negotiate benefits with suppliers.
• Gather member feedback.
• Maintain high standards of service and communication.
• Keep administration and research up to date.

Requirements:

• Currently based in South Africa with correct visa/work rights.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 20:00 and 06:00, including some weekends.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of luxury lifestyles.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in leisure, hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call centre environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to respond with intelligent and resourceful solutions.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience booking flights, hotels, and managing travel reservations is a plus.
• Experience with GDS and/or TTS is advantageous.
• Previous concierge, customer service, or call centre experience is preferred.
• Energetic and motivated team player.
