David Weekley Homes believes Homeowners to be our most valuable asset. We are seeking a Highly Skilled Warranty Service Manager in the Argyle/Northlake area to join our Dallas team. Interact professionally with Homeowners, responding to their questions and concerns.
This position requires a self-starter who can work independently, as well as closely with customers and subcontractors, in a fast-paced environment while achieving High Levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with Homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, fostering lasting relationships
- Quickly and professionally respond to customer inquiries and warranty concerns
- Use available resources to satisfy Homeowner inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule warrantable repairs with contractors and customers
- Inspect and ensure completion of repairs
- Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions
- Hold contractors accountable
- Instruct customers on home maintenance and communicate non-warrantable items
- Manage a budget
- Achieve High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Positive attitude
- Previous Warranty experience is preferred
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain calm in confrontational situations
- Ability to professionally say "no" and overcome objections
- Excellent time management, organizational, and scheduling skills
