Full-Time Wholesale RME Account Executive

Wholesale RME (Reverse Made Easy) Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with Brokers focusing on new to Reverse prospects. Service levels should be maintained at the highest possible levels and majority business share from partners should be realized.

Primary Job Duties:

• Establish, manage, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing partners
• Source and prospect new, qualified partners, and assist in the submission of required documentation for approval.
• Generate reverse mortgage submissions via effective prospecting of mortgage brokers.
• Assist in the management and oversight of the loan pipeline for all partners, ensuring productivity and service levels are met.
• Work closely with TPO Channel Leader to develop growth strategies targeting high-quality originators.
• Execute strategies to ensure timely approvals and majority share of their HECM business.
• Provide high-level support and service for each partner with Partner Support Specialist.
• Stay current with industry happenings and new guidelines/regulations affecting partners.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Assist Broker Partners with reverse marketing strategies.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience within the reverse mortgage industry, specifically in Sales.

Preferred Skills:

• ReverseVision or Quantum Reverse LOS systems

Other Requirements:

• Strong industry knowledge and awareness of the competitive environment
• Operations knowledge is beneficial
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills
