Full-Time Account Director Agency

About this jobThis is an exciting opportunity to grow within the agency team. As the Account Director, you'll grow partnerships by winning new business, upselling products to existing clients, and selling advanced advertising offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, networking, and developing new business opportunities in designated markets.
• Negotiating renewals and maximizing upsell for existing accounts.
• Consulting with clients on their use of consumer insights.
• Generating revenue and achieving annual goals by selling syndicated and custom solutions.
• Communicating effectively with clients and providing excellent customer support.
• Developing insightful presentations and educating clients on capabilities.
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Checking in with the head of agency sales on plan progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of selling market research.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Expertise in selling syndicated research products.
• Thorough understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong CRM system skills (Salesforce or similar).
