insightsoftware is seeking an Acquisition Integration Project Manager to support integration efforts of future acquisitions, including due diligence, value creation strategic plans, and core functional integration.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Acquisition Integration Project Manager will work closely with senior executives, acquired company management, and internal cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of the functional integration plan from onboarding to completion.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff, senior leaders, and functional workstream leaders to architect integration strategies.
- Support workstream leads in developing tailored integration plans.
- Support the Corporate Development Acquisition team.
- Participate in target company diligence to evaluate issues and challenges.
- Document and communicate integration planning.
- Develop and maintain momentum across functional participants.
- Communicate with acquired business leadership to gather feedback.
- Facilitate weekly project team meetings.
- Own integration governance, project management, and reporting.
- Facilitate functional leaders' decision-making.
- Present regular integration updates to the Chief of Staff.
- Foster consistent cross-functional communication.
- Collect lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of project management, acquisition integration, or related experience.
- Acquisition due diligence and Integration project management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Ability to maintain multiple projects.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Expertise in creating accurate reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to execute against project plans.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and partners.
- Experience with a rapidly scaling technology/software business.
- Ability to travel as needed.
