As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll significantly impact our future by supporting State and Local Solution Sales. You'll drive revenue for one of our products with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This is a hands-on technical consultant who excels at solution delivery and positioning throughout sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and domain expert supporting client-facing sales teams.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and conduct product demonstrations.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Public Sector sales experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
