Lead ServiceNow's strategic CXO marketing initiatives. This role targets Fortune 500 executives and develops highly personalized marketing programs to drive awareness and engagement, supporting enterprise growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ultra-targeted marketing strategies for a portfolio of 250 strategic CXO relationships across Fortune 500 accounts, focusing on personalized touchpoints and executive-specific value propositions.
- Lead a team developing and executing bespoke executive engagement programs, including 1:1 content development and personalized thought leadership campaigns.
- Create compelling thought leadership content for C-suite personas (CEO, CIO, COO, CHRO), incorporating individual executives' viewpoints, initiatives, and challenges.
- Orchestrate customized, multi-channel campaigns using invitation-only digital experiences, executive events, and direct marketing.
- Develop and maintain executive personas and engagement preferences, ensuring relevant and valuable interactions.
- Drive sophisticated measurement and optimization of executive marketing programs, including detailed engagement tracking and influence mapping.
- Collaborate with technology partners on joint executive marketing initiatives aligned with target executives' priorities.
- Develop narrative frameworks connecting ServiceNow's value proposition to C-suite priorities, industry dynamics, and executive agendas.
- Shape and deliver executive-level communications demonstrating deep understanding of each executive's business challenges, initiatives, and industry position.
- Create and maintain executive engagement playbooks for each C-suite persona, incorporating insights and preferences.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in executive-level marketing.
- Proven track record leading CXO marketing programs at enterprise software companies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation, IT strategy, and business technology trends.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Deep knowledge of modern marketing technologies and measurement approaches.
- Outstanding executive presence and engagement with C-suite leaders.
- Ability to craft and articulate compelling strategic narratives.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- History of successful partnership with sales organizations.
Compensation:
Base pay: $207,100 - $372,900, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
