Sobi is seeking a highly experienced, passionate, and strategic leader to oversee the Directors of Strategic Account (DSA) Team for half of the U.S. market within the Immunology Franchise. This critical role focuses on the launch of a groundbreaking therapy for chronic refractory gout.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of DSAs.
- Establish and grow relationships with strategic accounts (super-group practices, IDNs/Health Systems, etc.).
- Ensure exceptional value delivery and sustained business success.
- Drive top-down access, foster customer retention, maximize revenue potential.
- Implement tailored strategies for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Area Business Directors and field teams.
- Design and implement commercial strategy for DSA team.
- Drive market growth through strategic planning, market assessments, and competitive analyses.
- Build and maintain key relationships with strategic accounts.
- Assess and optimize team performance, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching.
- Oversee field planning and execution.
- Anticipate and address obstacles.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Uphold regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Sobi policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- 3+ years of field leadership experience.
- Proven track record in driving commercial strategy and product launches.
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts.
- Deep understanding of the rheumatology and biologics market.
- Proven ability to communicate strategy and insights to leadership.
- Expertise in market access, sales strategy, and promotional campaigns.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
Salary: $214,000-$280,000 annually.
