Job Details
As a Client Success Manager, help clients win fast, win big, and ensure renewals/progression to advanced coaching programs. Support health professionals in growing their online coaching businesses. Previous experience in digital/coaching business & marketing is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding calls, ensuring clarity on getting started and focusing on fast wins.
- Lead 1:1 and group calls to guide clients through the program and resources.
- Update CRM (Ontraport) with client progress notes, managing "traffic light" status for clarity & engagement.
- Conduct renewal conversations near contract end.
- Engage in private Skool community, addressing sticking points, and offering support on workshops and mindset.
- Attend weekly sync, client success, and 1:1 meetings.
- Submit weekly reviews for problem-solving and KPI review.
Outcomes/KPIs: Maintain weekly client pulse, update traffic lights (green/yellow/red). Goal: >70% client renewals and 90%+ green status.
Time & Commitment:
- Flexible scheduling; open calendar for kickstart, SWAT, 1:1 & group coaching calls, and successful client interviews.
- Daily Slack communication.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of client success/account management, preferably in coaching or digital marketing.
- Ability to manage 100+ clients or demonstrated ability/willingness.
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience (webinars, funnels, ads, social media - preferred, not required).
- Experience running/managing webinars, funnels, SBC.
- North American location, English fluency.
- High organization & client load handling skills.

- Certification/study with coaching influencers (e.g., Tony Robbins, Brendan Burchard).
